Store Policies


When ordering you must enter the correct address, any applicable coupons or promos and the correct name.

Once an order is placed and in our system, changes cannot be made.

If you forgot to add an item to your order, we can not add items. You will need to place a separate order, we are able to combine orders and refund shipping overages.


All shipped orders ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days (Wed-Sun) unless otherwise stated. Shipping time is in addition to the processing time.

Shipping time depends on carrier times, always allow for shipping delays, once a package leaves our store, it is out of our control.

Open Space, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.


Returns must be made within 45 days of your original purchase date.

If an item has arrived damaged, a replacement or refund may be offered.

For returns made due to wrong or unneeded purchases no refunds are issued, a store credit will be added to your account for the full purchase amount once the items are received by OSVCS.

Return shipping is the customers expense and will be deducted from any store credits.
